ATM engineers and scientists have worked with hotel/resort developers and public agencies to complete Environmental Assessments and Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA), and to solve complex environmental and development issues. We have provided EIA services for clients in the Caribbean as well as throughout the United States, Latin America, Mexico and the Middle East. These EIAs provide comprehensive environmental assessments that meet both internationally recognized World Bank guidelines, as well as any additional country-specific requirements. ATM personnel can quickly and efficiently compile comprehensive site assessments for subsequent use in conceptual master planning, impact analysis and mitigation development. Our mitigation plans are designed to provide long-term, ecologically-balanced alternatives to avoid, minimize and monitor the potential impacts of a proposed development. Our capabilities include:

  • Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA)
  • Environmental Assessments (EA)
  • Environmental Management Plans (EMP)
  • Environmental Monitoring Plans
  • Mitigation Planning and Design
  • Water Quality Management
  • Mangrove, Reef and Seagrass Management Plan

Ecological issues along with the associated regulatory challenges affect many public- and private-sector organizations. At ATM, our approach to ecological studies incorporates a comprehensive assessment of our client`s immediate project needs relative to their long-term goals.
