WestLand offers a wide range of environmental services, including natural resources planning and management; ecological resources survey and baseline studies; natural resources mitigation design and planning, compliance support and review under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA); Clean Water Act (CWA) permitting and compliance support services; Aquifer Protection Permitting support; National Historic Preservation Act Section 106 compliance support; Endangered Species Act compliance surveys and permitting (including the Mexican spotted owl, lesser long-nosed bat, southwestern willow flycatcher, Arizona hedgehog cactus, Pima pineapple cactus, and others); Certificates of Environmental Compatibility as required by the Arizona Corporation Commission; and development of Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans under the Arizona Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (AZPDES).
