Air Quality Management
Air quality management involves emissions testing, inventory plans and reporting. Envirotech tests gas turbines, lean burn methane power compressors, and many other equipment using our Fourier Transform Infrared Technology (FTIR) and portable gas analyzers.

Emission Inventory Plans: Developing a emission inventory plan will allow you to determine which of your facilities fall under State and Federal regulations, identify the limits of emissions that are permissible under the law, and to establish what and how the emissions testing should be done. This comprehensive plan will ensure that you are in compliance with both State and Federal regulations.

Testing: Emissions Testing, also known as source testing or stack sampling, is the most accurate method for determining emission compliance. Our portable FTIR Analyzer can set up in a mobile lab or test location for convenience.

Reporting: Envirotech can prepare and log emissions reports to ensure your compliance with state and federal emissions regulations.

UST/AST Closure Assessments
All Underground Storage Tanks (UST`s) and Above Ground Storage Tanks (AST`s) must be registered with state regulatory agencies, tested for hazardous material leakage, monitored, and properly maintained to ensure that containers are leak-proof. Envirotech provides turn-key management services for UST`s and AST`s which include: evaluation of underground tank conditions, UST removal, closure, and new installation, design and implementation of monitoring systems, soil and groundwater testing, Hydrogeologic investigations, site reclamation, and compliance consulting. Envirotech also obtains operating or closure permits through the appropriate regulatory agencies. We also provide environmental audits to help prevent losses and minimize liability. In addition we provide detailed documentation of the results of our audits which are available for submission to state and federal regulatory agencies. back to top

LUST Remediation Management
Leaking Underground Storage Tank`s (LUST`s) can be a serious condition affecting residences, businesses, factories, and farms. LUST remediation management requires that we move quickly to minimize damage to the surrounding area. Envirotech will remove the UST, preform a site assessment, test the surrounding soil, and close the site. In addition, we also maintain records of work performed for review by local regulatory agencies. back to top

The remediation systems are customized for each site and we coordinate with all applicable regulatory agencies to ensure compliance. back to top

Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) Phase I, II, & III
Envirotech provides due diligence for purchasers of real estate, lenders, and owners of real estate. Preliminary Site Assessments and Environmental Risk Audits establish the physical condition of a property environmental concerns or hazardous materials. back to top

Pollution Prevention Plans - Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPP) and Spill Prevention & Countermeasure Plans (SPCC)
A SWPP is required by the EPA for every facility that stores petroleum products above 1350 gallons. This plan is used to prevent an oil spill from reaching U.S. protected waters. Envirotech conducts facility inspections and reviews current spill plans, creates new plans as necessary, and provides integration of plans so that they are in compliance. Envirotech also provides a professional Engineer to review the plans and certify them for governmental review and approval. back to top

Field Analytical Services & Remediation Over Site
Envirotech offers analysis and remediation over site in the event that a regulated material has been released and soil or groundwater has been contaminated. We can test the soil, evaluate the overall condition of the soil, and then design and implement a remediation plan. We have experience with multiple cleaning techniques such as Oxygen Release and Hydrogen release injections, vapor extraction, pump and treat systems, bio-remediation, and solar powered remediation systems. back to top
