Consideration of our impact to the environment is very important to us. We have to consider what we do and what we can change while still giving excellent or improving on service levels. The reduction in paper used while still maintaining compliance for the EHO and the reduction in water loss while still following BSRIA and specification procedures are two ways we have begun our journey.
