Thanks to the new waste traceability control system (SISTRI) ESOweb has extended its range of services. It provides companies with technical and professional support, in order to follow the new and articulated rules imposed by the Italian Ministerial Decree 17, December 2009, concerning the administrative management of special hazardous waste and most categories of special non-hazardous waste.
This new service will replace the obligation of waste producers to keep IN/OUT Registers, in compliance with the Law.In compliance with this new law, ESOweb`s latest service ensures that all companies / corporate branches are constantly monitored and informed should their adhesion to the SISTRI system become compulsory. Moreover, ESO carries out all subscription procedures on behalf of its clients, guaranteeing conformity to the latest law and thus avoiding any risk of sanctions.Thanks to its innovative function ESOsistri can replace both ESOreg and ESOmud for those companies whose subscription is compulsory.
ESOreg remains active for those companies who do not have to subscribe to the SISTRI system, but still required to compile an IN/OUT Register.
