In previous capacities, the founder of Water Counsel has served as project engineer, project manager, engineer-in-responsible-charge, and technical adviser for numerous water supply, treatment and storage projects. He personally completed dozens of water supply planning studies, water quality and treatment evaluations and other special studies and initiatives, designed/project managed more than 10 new water treatment plants and more than 40 plant expansions/renovations with capacities from 0.5 to 150 MGD, and designed various other water supply and water system facilities.
