This is part of a single- or multi-year agreement that includes:

• Replacement of any serviceable parts (excludes consumable & expendable parts such as tubing, electrodes, etc.)
• Emergency visits, in-house service and loaner modules, as required

• Software maintenance, as required
• Hardware and software training, as required
• Toll-free telephone and web-based support
