Fabrication Capabilities - Turmec realise that the key to its success in delivering high quality value for money products is to utilise the most efficient manufacturing technologies appropriate for the task. To that end, we continually review and upgrade all mechanical processes and software to ensure that we are operating in the most cost-effective manner.
The general engineering division is located within a purpose built complex and has at its disposal a production facility of some 10,000 Sq. Ft. which includes:
Plant-Wide Overhead Craneage
Machine shop – CNC machining, turning, grinding, drilling, boring equipment.
Cutting Shop – Hi Def Plasma (Bed 6×2.5m), automated saw line & 350T brake press
Fabrication – Rolling: capable of rolling 20mm plate (3m wide), Mig/Tig welding,
Paint Shop – Electro-static paint application bay.
Assembly and Testing Area.
