  • TechLaw is a recognized expert in preparing RCRA permits and evaluating permits for compliance with federal and State regulations. We’ve reviewed more than 1,000 Part B permit applications for land disposal, incineration, and storage and treatment units over the past 25 years, including more than 200 permit applications for land disposal units, 100 Subpart AA/BB/CC and Subpart X (miscellaneous units) and 50 Boiler and Industrial Furnace (BIF) pre-compliance and compliance certifications. These agencies also turn to TechLaw for assistance in determining industrial facility compliance with complex regulations. We’ve performed more than 100 enforcement and/or compliance inspections, and our reports recommend steps that facilities can take to come into compliance in a cost-efficient manner. We’ve written or completed technical reviews of more than 5,000 complex RCRA Corrective Action and CERCLA documents produced for more than 350 industrial sites and federal facilities across the U.S.
