Facilities/Industrial Compliance/Operational Audits Services
HAZCLEAN has developed a standard model for conducting Compliance Audits on a corporate-wide basis as well as for specific single location industrial sites. Our Compliance Audit program is basically an insurance policy to provide management with the operational security, knowing that the facility is in a compliance posture. Our Compliance Audit program will review the policies within the specific state as well as those for the United Stated Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA). The State and Federal self-policing guidelines under the Audit Policy program will be reviewed and the advantages and disadvantages determined for each client.
The HAZCLEAN Compliance Audit reviews the major environmental laws such as, but not limited to the following: Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodentcide Act (FIFRA), the Clean Air Act Amendments (CAAA 1990), the Solid Waste Disposal Act (SWDA), the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), the Clean Water Act (CWA), the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA), the Toxic Substance Control Act (TSCA), the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA), and the Pollution Prevention Act (PPA). The HAZCLEAN Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) program includes all personal and workplace safety and health elements as necessary to comply with the laws and regulations.
