Our service range provides a project management solution to your portfolio of properties. We specialise in reducing onerous admin whilst observing the requirements of sign-off. Periodic Fixed Wire Testing
Within this service System Management Consultants will carry out a full survey and provide results and certification within 5 working days. We will also provide a full quotation for any remedial works required highlighting within the test.
Gas Boiler Services
System Management Consultants will service gas boilers and supply the appropriate certification. In addition, we will also provide quotations for remedial works required to ensure compliancy.
L8 Water Risk Assessments
System Management Consultants can help clients to ensure that they comply with current legislation with regards to Legionella disease by carrying out the required Legionella Risk Assessment and any ongoing works to ensure compliance.
Annual Roofing and Guttering Surveys
This is often seen as a way of reducing the cost of relative repairs and can be carried out on an annual / bi-annual basis dependant upon the clients needs.
Emergency Lighting Inspections
System Management Consultants will test emergency lights within a property on a monthly basis, within this we will also maintain records of the tests that have been completed and report any repairs required (or complete these on the initial inspection subject to your approval and the availability of the required materials).
