HAZCLEAN provides a facility/industrial audit as part of the Facility Acquisition Program. In many cases, clients are concerned about the acquisition of an ongoing industrial facility and/or closed industrial facility and must determine the potential environmental exposure. HAZCLEAN conducts a Limited Compliance/Operational Audit to determine historical violations or operational problems with respect to air emissions, wastewater discharges, hazardous disposal practices and waste management practices. HAZCLEAN provides a final report with the summary of findings and recommendations concerning environmental exposures.
