Factory testing can have a significant impact on cost and commissioning time when compared to on-site electrical commissioning. Genset startup services and Data Center commissioning are some of the services that we provide.
- Continuity and Resistance testing on all wiring with Fluke Multimeters, Southwire Multimeters, Compliance West High Pot meters and Link-Master testing meters.
- Insulation resistance testing up to 5000 volts with Meggar-Biddle Testing meters.
- Temperature and Thermal testing with Fluke IR cameras, Infrared Thermometers and Humidity Meters.
- AC/DC load bank capacity testing and battery discharge testing with Simplex, Eagle Eye, LaMarche TPSD, Crestich, LoadTech and Avtron portable testing units.
- Single and Multimode fiber cable testing with JDSU T-Berd OTDR testing meters.
- AC/DC transient frequency, waveform and harmonics testing with Dranetz PowerGuide and Xplorer testing units.
- Sound level decibel testing with Bruel & Kjaer testing meters ranging from 10db to 140db and 10Hz to 20Hz.
- Air Velocity testing from 0 to 6000ft/min with Alnor and Extech Dwyer testing meters.
- RPM, Stop-motion and vibration testing with Monarch Nova-Strobe and Extech Instruments testing meters.
Fibrebond can also supply space to perform 3rd party NETA Primary Injection Breaker testing in a climate-controlled environment as well as warehousing and maintaining inventory for customer supplied equipment.
Identifying and correcting potential issues before equipment arrives on-site can reduce delays to your project’s completion. Having your structure built, integrated and tested at Fibrebond’s facility offers customers a streamlined solution.
Additionally, with a 75,000 sf designated high-bay warehouse, Fibrebond can receive and store customer-supplied equipment in a climate controlled environment. Inventory is barcoded upon receipt and stored in secured in our warehouse that is protected with 24-hour on-site security and limited facility access.
