Every product that JVI delivers is assembled and tested prior to shipment. This process assures product quality and that the design micro-throw characteristics are consistent with the theoretical design.

Technicians that assemble and test equipment in our facility have extensive experience with these tests. The same JVI technicians that assemble and test equipment prior to shipment may be sent onsite for equipment start-up or trouble shooting.

Factory service is offered in the form of installation inspection and/or supervision of installation and start up. JVI Vibratory Equipment Company recommends that customers contract supervision of installation and start up service. It is our experience that most operating issues arise at start up and that a good start up helps to assure a long, maintenance free machine life.
