Frequently it is the outer mesh and the capping channel that are damaged, these can be replaced to bring the leaf back to ‘as good as new condition’. The existing filter leaf is stripped down, the inner meshes and nozzles are shot blasted clean and the outer mesh and capping channel is renewed.
Filtration Services can supply both circular and rectangular filter leaves for the majority of pressure leaf type filters. Replacement filter leaves are manufactured to exacting standards, utilising top quality tooling, materials and expert labour.
