For a fixed monthly price, you can now effectively ‘buy gas’ from Peak Scientific over flexible contract periods (minimum 36 months term) while we take care of specifying, installing and maintaining the gas generation technology. If your instrument gas needs increase, your subscription level can increase to match, giving you added flexibility over equipment ownership.
At the end of your contract you can continue to enjoy the benefits of FlexFlow by extending your contract, with the possibility of expanding subscription to cover other instruments in your lab.
Safeguard Your Workflow
FlexFlow includes our world-class [Peak Protected], rapid response, on-site technical support. Our highly trained and fully certified Field Service Engineers look after the equipment installation as well as the on-going service and maintenance for the duration of your gas subscription contract.
As scheduled preventative maintenance is undertaken at no extra cost to you, equipment issues are very rare. However, in the event of a breakdown, our extensive network of certified engineers ensure a rapid response on-site repair service, wherever you are located. If a problem cannot be resolved quickly, we issue you with a replacement generator - safeguarding your workflow is our number one priority.
