topocare emerged from a ZIM cooperation project (Central Innovation Program for SMEs) funded by the German Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology. The aim was to develop an innovative dike construction machine for the production of sand-filled tubes. From the cooperation partners at that time, in particular the engineering office Draier, topocare emerged in October 2012.

In the meantime, a team of engineers from various disciplines, simulation experts, software developers and geographers is working at topocare to find innovative solutions for hydraulic engineering , as well as your project.

Innovations

topocare - simply innovative is in our logo and reflects very well our way of working. Improving things, looking for technical solutions and taking new developments into account, also from other disciplines.

The very fact that we were founded out of a research project shows an important way of thinking: research and application should be combined. Although we are enthusiastic about technology, we do not develop for the ivory tower, but consciously take on real problems. Through numerous cooperations with universities and colleges, we thus repeatedly create the transfer of the latest results into practice.

In 2020, we made it to the round of the last 20 innovations at the German Future Prize. This is a great honor, as well as appreciation of our work at the same time.

Water - our element

The team of topocare is very connected with the elements water, mountains and nature. Therefore, whether in nature and recreational sports or professional way, we are very concerned with the theme of the time.

Glaciers are receding, heavy rains are increasing - climate change is already here. With topocare we deal intensively with climate impact adaptations and are fully behind our concepts.
