This means that we are available when needed in over 100 countries. All branches and representatives have specially trained service technicians, some of whom are trained in our in-house Flottweg Academy.

A reliable service requires not only know-how but also availability and the ability to react immediately to any problem. Therefore we have different locations, so that within a short time a service technician with spare parts can be with you locally.

We know that a high service level and system quality is essential for our customers` success. That is why we have set up a nationwide service and support network to respond quickly to any problem.

With more than 20 technicians trained by Flottweg, we support our customers with their electrical, mechanical and process engineering challenges. For repairs and maintenance work, we either utilize our modern factory and assembly hall with workshop, or carry out these directly on site at our customer`s premises, no matter where they are located in the USA.

Through regular training and certification and in close cooperation with our headquarters in Germany, we ensure that we can offer our customers high-quality spare parts and first-class services at all times. This ensures a maximum service life of the machines.

We know that a high service level and system quality is essential for our Canadian customers` success. That is why we have established our new Canadian Customer Care Facility in Toronto, ON.

Our factory trained technicians support our customers with their electrical, mechanical and process engineering challenges. For repairs and maintenance work, we either utilize our fully equipped workshop, or carry out these directly on site at our customer`s premises, no matter where they are located in the Canada.

Through regular training and certification and in close cooperation with our headquarters in Germany, we ensure that we can offer our customers high-quality spare parts and first-class services at all times. This ensures a maximum service life of the machines.

At Flottweg China, 21 trained employees take care of servicing Flottweg machines and equipment, to ensure a flawless operating process.

The service technicians and specialists from China are in constant contact with the service employees at the main plant. Thus, Flottweg ensures that every employee in China has the knowledge and expertise to meet Flottweg`s high service quality.

A team of ten service technicians enables Flottweg Russia to react quickly to service requests and to ensure reliable operation of machines. You can take a look behind the scenes at the Service Center in this video.

The Flottweg Moscow service team consists of ten experienced specialists. These are regularly trained and evaluated at the Flottweg SE plant in Vilsbiburg in order to guarantee our customer`s comprehensive technical support. Thanks to the highest quality standards, Flottweg can guarantee perfect operation of its systems for many years to come. In addition to the most important installation and commissioning work, our services include

  • the training of employees
  • technical support for questions regarding maintenance and service
  • prompt delivery of spare parts and
  • qualified customer service.

Thanks to a new workshop, Flottweg France is able to carry out services such as maintenance work, testing of machines and customer training directly at its site in France. Watch this video to learn more about our service center in France.

The Flottweg Service in France consists of seven employees and takes care of the assembly, repair and spare parts of Flottweg machines and systems. The know-how, commitment and the dedication of our service technicians ensure that downtime is kept to a minimum while maintaining high service quality.

In Peru and South America, we support our customers with our own on-site service team to ensure a fast response time. Through training courses, the knowledge of employees from headquarters is passed on. Many of these employees have been working with Flottweg systems for over 20 years.

For more than 10 years, Flottweg has guaranteed its customers in Australia and New Zealand first-class service quality.

Flottweg Australia`s service technicians work in close contact with the service department at headquarters. The constant exchange and experience of the service staff ensures an efficient and high-quality service. After all, we want to help our clients to succeed and establish sustainable partnerships with them.

The Flottweg service in Brazil is conducted by the service and workshop technicians of our partner WSC - an authorized repair workshop. WSC employs a total of 38 people and has its own assembly hall and workshop.

Services also include repairs and maintenance directly at the customer`s site as well as training of the customer. The customer is the focus of all activities. This focus guarantees that all customer requirements are met without exception and underlines Flottweg`s first-class service quality.

The local service technicians work in close contact with the service staff in Vilsbiburg (head office). This guarantees a continuously high quality standard, which we call the Flottweg quality.

Specialized employees provide Flottweg support in Italy and carry out maintenance work in our workshop in Villanova di Castenaso (Province of Bologna). The service team also takes care of spare parts management for Italian customers.

The continuous development of our support teams and the close contact to the main office in Vilsbiburg enables us to always guarantee customers the best service.

Flottweg México S.A. de C.V. has a technical after-sales service that directly meets the needs of our customers in the areas of inspection, repair, maintenance and training. The service technicians in Mexico work closely with the employees of the service department at the headquarters in Vilsbiburg, Germany. This enables Flottweg to ensure that every single service technician has the experience and knowledge required to advise our customers.

A spare parts warehouse on site also guarantees fast and efficient service.

Flottweg Polska Sp. z o.o. has its own local service center, which is responsible for customer support on the Polish market. The service department at Flottweg Polska employs a team of qualified specialists who have the necessary qualifications and certificates. This ensures that the high quality standards are maintained.
