The SeqPad framework is a Java/Swing based framework for sequence annotation.

The seqpad framework is ideally suited for applications that want to visualise, manipulate and annote sequence data.

The ViewS framework is a Java/Flex based client/server framework for genome visualisation.

It is ideally suited for visualising genome wide features and next gen sequencing datasets in a client/server setting. ViewS has been used to develop state of the art client/server visualisation engines, such as the Mutareporter framework (developed with our partner Mutabase) or the H2G2 framework (developed with our partner Biobix).
