During the service life of the template, under normal circumstances, the template can be repaired three times, and the grinding amount of each template is 0.2-0.5mm. After the wear is repaired more than three times, the pelletizing belt needs to be replaced. In special cases, part of the outlet holes needs to be blocked.
The surface of the template must have high hardness and roughness, so the polished mold surface should be flat and smooth, the mold holes should be round, and the interface between the mould holes and the mold surface should be edge-shaped. 0.015 mm, surface roughness is guaranteed at 0.8.
