Sirius is a design and build contractor and delivery of our Groundwater Remediation projects is based on an integrated approach to characterisation, modelling, risk assessment, remedial design and verification.We operate across the UK, Ireland and Mainland Europe and have a track record of delivering schemes to address hydrocarbon, chlorinated solvent, other organic, and inorganic contaminants in groundwater.We build and own our own plant and equipment, deploying it in the UK under our mobile treatment licence.
Technologies
We are not married to one type or method of groundwater treatment nor do we need to sell specific technologies.Sirius Technologies has however developed a detailed understanding of the application and verification of a range of techniques and applications for the treatment of contaminated groundwater which include:
- Enhanced Bioremediation;
- Hydraulic Containment Systems;
- Multi-phase Extraction Systems, including air and oxygen sparge systems;
- Permeable Reactive Barriers;
- Chemical Oxidation;
- Monitored Natural Attenuation.
All of our equipment can be monitored wirelessly using our telemetry systems, to manage operations and optimise performance.
Risk Management
Remediation projects can be complex and we understand that clients need to understand and fix their costs and risks at an early stage. We routinely provide fixed prices for remediation projects where we are delivering a fixed scope of work.
