Hazardous Waste Management/Phase I & II
Our team of geologists, environmental engineers and scientists design, implement and manage all aspects of site remediation, environmental due diligence, cost/benefit analysis, and environmental program management. We make our clients’ project goals our own. We consistently deliver environmental studies and remediation efforts that cost-effectively meet short-term requirements while minimizing long-term exposure to risk and future cost. We have a proven record working with private and public property owners to identify and manage environmental liabilities, mitigate risks, minimize surprises and make the best use of capital expenditures related to environmental projects. We typically coordinate with California’s regulatory agencies, including the Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB), Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC), Department of Environmental Health (DEH) and local agencies.
