Sometimes companies just want a quick overview - a brief checkup where we just do a general walkthrough and point things out that are potential concerns. That’s okay, too. Health and Safety Training
You can do everything right: set up the program, create the plan, make the forms, and have a pretty package, but what you must have to go with it is solid training for all employees and managers. Sometimes we train a small group of people as trainer; the “train the trainer” program. Then, your newly trained and certified employees train the rest of the personnel at your facility. Sometimes, though, companies like to have outside third party trainers to come in and be sure things aren’t going stale or to take the pressure off their trainers at times. Whatever the need, we’re there to help.
