Hydrant Maintenance System
Some geothemals are over 30 years old due to impeccable cleaning, others last only 10 years because of no maintainance, poor maintainance or cleaning. Any service performed by a servicer not approved by the Trane Extended Warranty Department will automatically terminate the extended warranty agreement. Geothermal Systems of Lapeer LLC is the only approved servicer on their extended warranty contracts.
All service and repairs not covered by the Extended Warranty.
To operate the equipment in accordance with the manufacturer`s instructions and to perform routine maintenance and any special maintenance listed in the owners manual. Routine maintenance includes the cleaning of the condensate drain, the condenser, the evaporator coil, the cleaning and replacing of air filters and other items as listed in the owners manual. For open loops, cleaning of the water filter as needed.
Our optional 10 year parts and labor extended warranty covers all internal parts, not just some. The remaining duration of your Extended Warranty may be transferred to the new owner should you sell your property. Mail your written request and a $25 transer fee.
