- Sharing a library of deployment tools and templates with customers and partners.
- Q&A and training sessions with frequent users of the systems.

ProcessMAP’s Integration Services team has extensive experience with enterprise-level data integration. Our experience with prepackaged and easy to configure solutions enables quick integration with various systems. Configuration services include the following:
- Setting up of modules, system data, and user profile configurations.
- Review and validation of customer design, development, and deployment decisions.
- Built-in system conversions that are customized to each company’s needs.
System/data conversion services enable data from your existing internal systems to be migrated to our system, while maintaining access to its business critical data within the new system. Our system/data conversion process is a phased approach, which includes:
- Phase 1: Data Structure Model Analysis between customer’s internal and ProcessMAP’s system.
- Phase 2: Data Mapping.
- Phase 3: Conversion Process Design and Execution.
- Phase 4: Quality Assurance.
