As part of its commitment to offer the customer the best possible combination in terms of sanitation, deep green therefore employs a range of techniques in addition to heat treatment for in-situ sanitation. The treatment systems are custom designed according to the type of soil, the type of contaminant, and the requirements for the treatment of groundwater. The remediation process can include a combination of several in situ techniques such as thermal desorption , pump & treat , chemical oxidation and venting .

• The thermal desorption has the effect of increasing the mobility of contaminants by providing heat to the affected area. These contaminants are then extracted and destroyed
• The pump & treat is a classic method for the treatment of groundwater contaminated by chemicals such as industrial solvents, metals and hydrocarbons. The method involves the installation of one or more wells to extract contaminated groundwater connected to a surface treatment facility.
• The oxidation chemical relates generally to reduction reactions / oxidation (redox) which chemically convert harmful contaminants into non-hazardous compounds, less toxic, more stable or inert
• The venting is a remediation technology wherein a vacuum is applied to induce an air flow controlled subsurface to remove volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and some semi-volatile organic compounds (SVOCs).
