Consultation
We discuss with you the potential optimisation of separating your residual fractions and talk about reconditioning costs, lead times and the purchase or dispatch of your metals. You then receive a comprehensive and binding quotation.

Perfect logistics in every respect
With our logistics system, we make the storage and handling of precious metal scrap as simple, safe and cost-effective as possible. Empty containers are provided and we organise transportation, for example using our own HGVs and trained drivers, who of course all hold an ADR hazardous goods licence.

Incomming goods
A comprehensive, visual inspection is performed of the received goods. We then weigh your material and record the weights per fraction under a refined material number in our ERP system. The refined material number makes it possible to identify and track your material throughout the process.

Processing methods
Your material is homogenised and the raw sample prepared using various machinery in processes including shredding, melting, incinerating, milling and mixing – tailored to the requirements of the material. By using the latest, environmentally friendly equipment you have minimal outlay yet maximum precious metal yields.

As an LBMA-accredited company with many years of experience, we are known for our quality control and tested safety. Our highly qualified employees are your guarantee for ultra-precise and reliably performed precious metal testing. Continuous participation in collaborative studies attests to the high standard and continuous further development of our analytical process technologies.

  • Precise analysis results produced swiftly in our own laboratories
  • M- The latest technologies and equipment (dokimasia, RFA, AAS, ICP-OES, ion chromatography)

  • It is also possible to coordinate analysis results with an external laboratory if required

Invoicing
Once the analysis results have been submitted, your order will be invoiced. At the same time, we’ll credit your precious metals and copper to your free-of-charge metal account. Payment is then made under the agreed terms minus costs. Alternatively, you can settle the reconditioning invoice and we supply or transfer your metals as required.
