Infrastructure Design

Mayer Brown has extensive experience in the design and delivery of Section 278 and 38 Highway Infrastructure works for both private and public sector clients. Client support is provided for the delivery of roads, footways, cycle ways, drainage (including SuDS), traffic signing schemes and other external works as part of development and infrastructure projects. One of our strengths stems from our close working relationship with the transport planning teams. This early stage involvement allows input into projects ensuring that once planning consent is granted, schemes are deliverable. Our infrastructure design teams not only design and secure technical approval, but have a proven track record of administering and supervising contracts on site to ensure on time and on budget delivery of highway schemes. Our team includes qualified Civil Engineers; RoSPA approved safety auditors, British Safety Council Level 2 Risk Assessors and are CSCS approved.
