As population growth fuels suburban sprawl, continued stress is placed on community resources such as air quality, water availability, and existing public work infrastructure. Increasingly, smart growth initiatives in the larger population centers are focusing on incenting new development in urban centers. We are combining our experience with traditional Brownfields development with other associated facets of infrastructure development and restoration into a new market focus.
