At INNOVA-TEC GmbH we continue our relationship with customers also after systems are in operation: Our after-sales service is dedicated to answering all your questions. This includes questions regarding maintenance call-outs, replacement components, consumables, all technical questions, all individual system optimisations or further customisations, all adjustments to the configuration of system components, all disruptions or problems.
We work together with our customers in advance of system deployment to create individual maintenance plans, the advice on replacement parts and preventive maintenance for a plant or single machine.
We prepare everything specifically for your system type, usage scenario, and required replacement parts, in order to guarantee an economic and reliable operation of your system.
