Abrasion and wear and tear are the most usuall things in plant operating. All the more reason for you, the operator, to have answers to the decisive questions at all times: Which components are worn to what extent, and when should something be renewed?

If you, as the plant operator, lose sight of the actual state of wear and tear, it may lead to plant breakdowns which, as we know, can have unpleasant consequences. It is more economic to test and maintain the plant regularly at all the relevant sites during short, planned inspection stops, to ensure insofar as possible that there will be no breakdowns until the next planned downtime. For this monitoring, Steinmüller Babcock Environment offers methods and tools, some of which are highly exclusive, and which in their exactness and precision can be found only rarely on the market. We offer this service not only to plant operators, but also to service providers such as consultants and test institutes, including the subsequent evaluation and reporting.

We will support you in the scheduled planning of your next inspection stop, and in procuring the necessary spare and wear parts. Where necessary, we involve specialists to remedy particular problems, e.g. from OEM partners (Original Equipment Manufacturers). We provide our own staff to carry out all of the mechanical work, as well as qualified and certified welders and specialist welding engineers. Upon request we can also provide a supervisor to monitor the proper and professional execution of the work, and to coordinate the activities of all of the companies involved in the inspection.
