When you have purchased your isoplus PG leak detection system, we make sure that the alarm box is configured in accordance with the requirements and specifications of your project. We will send one of our skilled alarm technicians to install the alarm box at your facility, which ensures correct installation. While the alarm box is being installed, our technicians will make sure to configure the user interface isoplus PGweb in accordance with your specific wishes and requirements. After this, you are completely free to focus on operations, as the isoplus PG leak detection system is now monitoring your district heating pipes, and you will be notified in case of a fault, regardless of where you are.

If you need assistance to localise the precise position of a fault, our alarm technicians are experts in measurements with an impulse reflectometer. This way, you can make sure that the fault is repaired as quickly and effectively as possible. Obviously, we can also step in if you need help repairing the fault.
