To keep your Metrohm equipment in good working order, we recommend taking out a Metrohm Service Contract. Regular maintenance can not only improve the reliability, but can also prolong the life of your instrument. All contracts include one or two preventative maintenance visits per year. The maintenance visit is performed by an experienced Metrohm engineer and includes electrical and mechanical inspection of your equipment, as well as a complete diagnostic check. When the visit is completed the engineer will leave a service report and certificate of performance. If your equipment does breakdown, it is important to know that someone will respond to your emergency as soon as possible. Contract holders receive fast track response. If our engineers are unable to rectify the problem over the phone, we aim to provide on site assistance within 48 hours (Monday-Friday).
