Intelex Technical Support provides answers to installation, configuration, technical and functional questions related to the Intelex systems.

Support Features:

  • Unlimited phone, fax and email support incidents
  • 4-hour response time for phone and email support
  • Scheduled software maintenance updates
  • Remote system updates, maintenance and installations available
  • Updated documentation and installation manuals
  • Onsite and online support and trouble shooting

The Intelex systems are currently supported in English and French, and support for Spanish is planned for a future release. Please contact Intelex for further information about mult-lingual support.
