L8 Risk Assessments Service

The system is currently in use with over 50 local authorities around the UK, with an average of 200 sites per authority.

All of the staff that we use for conducting risk assessments are well training and experienced in working in local authority properties.

To ensure that a good quality report is produced, we work in partnership with the property manager or responsible manager. In order for a comprehensive report to be produced, we work alongside people who have detailed knowledge of all major plant and equipment on site, who have knowledge of any previous problems or non-conformance on site.

We approach every project that we undertake as a partnership.
