Pipeline
RPS HMA has been the leading land service provider for pipeline projects in Canada since 2001. Over the past 12 years RPS HMA has worked on over 10,000 km of pipeline projects. Our experience is gained from working on some of the largest pipeline projects in North America to smaller well tie-ins.
Our Project Managers, Land Agents and Land Administration staff have significant experience working with large pipeline projects providing a variety of services such as:

Surface Land
RPS HMA’s team has developed single well and multi-well land programs of various scope and size including consultation and negotiations with special interest groups, land advocate associations, Crown stakeholders, IOGC, Métis and First Nations.

Operations HSE Support
Overview of services: We have a highly experienced operational HSE team, most of whom have managed field operations in the oil and gas sector. We aim to provide professional and practical HSE management solutions that enable companies to improve safety, increase efficiency and profitability and meet regulatory requirements.
We specialize in translating systems and plans into action. We have particular experience in construction and offshore work ? marine and aviation.
Specific services prodided include the following:
- Operational and HSE planning
- Developing practical HSE Management Systems either written of internet based and associated field HSE plans to implement
- Conducting HSE Audits of systems, facilities/operations, vessels and aircraft (fixed wing/rotary)
- Design, management and delivery of field HSE training programmes and courses, both classroom or internet based
- Provision of offshore/onshore operational field personnel ranging from field HSE advisors to Master Mariners; personnel are available world wide
Mineral Land
