Fuss & O`Neill`s first land development projects were relatively simple subdivisions and small commercial developments. Today, we have grown to provide Low Impact Design (LID) and sustainable design services for some of the largest brownfield and greenfield land development and redevelopment projects in the region. Our experience has taught us to determine the overall vision and goals of a project, and has laid a foundation for developing innovative solutions to these challenges.

Land development engineering requires integration of many specialties to navigate today’s complex regulatory world. As part of our land development projects, we evaluate existing utility infrastructure systems, integrate into the surrounding transportation systems, find solutions to complex storm water treatment problems, and develop sustainable, environmentally compatible and economically feasible designs.
