Our services include surveys for the individual, the land developer and commercial site developer.  We perform boundary surveys on all types and sizes of parcels.  The boundary survey may be the final product for an individual land owner or the first step in preparing a residential subdivision or commercial site plan.  Read more about what goes into a boundary survey.

Topographic surveys measure the elevation differences on a site.  This information is commonly combined with wetland, building and parking locations in a "Site Features Plan."  This base data is used to design your subdivision or commercial site plan.  On our larger projects we utilize GPS location to map wetlands.  Though not as precise as survey locations, this method provides a good base map for development planning.

We are often asked by our clients if we perform Mortgage Loan inspections (MLI).  We do not at this point in time.  We have found that in doing an MLI, people have mistakenly thought that we had performed a complete boundary survey of the lot when we did not.  As the name implies, it is an inspection of the property normally performed  for a lending institution to determine if there are any gross problems with the lot.
