Zeta Services` water (Legionella) division are specialists in Legionella risk assessments of all water systems and are the UK’s leading independent Legionella risk management and Control Company. We are committed to QUALITY and deliver the highest standards to our diverse range of clients. Unlike many companies within our industry, we are independent of any other water treatment/hygiene company. This independent stance allows us to offer impartial advice to our clients, meaning we have no vested interest in promoting chemical or cleaning solutions offered by many other water treatment / water hygiene companies.
We pride ourselves in having a vast wealth of experience in undertaking and completing risk assessment contracts for single or multi-site customers on a nationwide basis.
All of our water consultants are trained by the Water Management Society and senior consultants are also members of the society (i.e. degree qualified with at least five years experience). The society set up the Legionella Control Association (LCA) Code of Conduct for Service Providers mentioned in para. 51 of the ACoP to which Zeta Services is registered and abides by the quality systems set out by the code.
As part of our legionella risk assessment service offering, our staff will attend site and spend time discussing the current management structure and identifying any further training requirements and changes required to ensure the sections arising from the legionella risk assessment can be properly managed once it has been performed.

Using our innovative IT solutions, ZetaSafe® and RAMSTM (Risk Assessment Managing System) enables us to more effectively manage the whole risk assessment process and leverage the information to provide cost effective ongoing control of risk for our clients.
We are one of only a few consultancy companies to hold professional indemnity insurance for this type of work which protects our clients against any claims made as a result of any professional errors made by our staff.
