Legionella Risk Assessment Review

This provides clients with a extremely cost effective way of meeting the requirements of ACoP L8 and protecting your employees and the public for the risks of Legionella.

A qualified Legionella risk assessor will attend your site and review your current Legionella risk assessment, monitoring records and any other control measure data.

This focuses on:

• An audit of the current risk assessment, control regime and monitoring records
• New record of results against control regime and appraisal against risks
• The risks which were first identified and how these have changed over time
• Any adverse results and recorded responses since the last assessment
• An audit of your maintenance and testing records
• Check of any on site test apparatus against calibrated equipment
• A review of management responsibilities, training records and competency levels
• An assessment of any changes to your water system by comparing existing schematics to a building survey

Following the site visit, the risk assessment review is typed up and issued to you electronically and/or in hardcopy depending on your requirements.
