LEL Calibration Services
LEL monitors measure solvent concentration and control the process at safe working levels. Operational establishes a calibration and maintenance regime appropriate to the process and the associated hazards and risks. During our service we often check the associated control equipment, functionality and alarms. We service all makes of equipment from Honeywell, Heck, Dreager, Crowcon, MSA, Nira and Control Instruments.
Operational routinely design and install gas and solvent vapour monitoring systems that allow clients to measure LEL (Lower Explosion Limit). Often we use these measurements to proactively control the process, preventing explosive mixtures forming and providing safe shut down alarms where necessary.
