In addition to the maintenance itself, Saalasti’s lifecycle services include preventive maintenance to determine maintenance needs and costs for years to come. We recommend our lifecycle services for all production facilities that use Saalasti machinery. We service all Saalasti machines through individual maintenance inspections and maintenance contracts of various scopes. We provide lifecycle maintenance services as stand-alone service inspections or through a service agreements tailored to each customer’s needs. We also service other manufacturers machinery.
We carry out separate service inspections on machinery, performing measurements and making adjustments to optimal performance. We record all the work and measurements carried out in a service inspection report, specifying in detail the parts of the machinery that are in need of maintenance and adjustment.
