Wastes, which are in electrical electronic waste category, should be transported with shipping license that is taken from governorship and license of authority that is taken from Ministry of Transportation. The license is given respectively for the company and the vehicle. Akademi Environment performs all shipments with licensed vehicles. During the shipment, ‘’National Waste Shipment Form’’ (shortly NWSF) is arranged. This form has 6 copies and arranged in four different colors. There are three sides who fill in this form; waste producer, waste transporter and the facility that receives the waste.
Green Copy: It is one in number. The waste producer company is the one who starts to fill up the form. The first part of the form (upper side) is filled with the information about the waste and the company; then signed by authorized person and delivered to waste transporter company. This copy, which was previously sent to Province Environment and Forestry Directorate on behalf of the governorship, is now kept by waste producer company.
White Copy: When the waste is delivered to the transporter from waste producer, the transporter becomes responsible for the waste. The transporter, who starts this responsibility by filling the second part (middle part) of the form with the information of the license and transporter company, is the direct interlocutor for all environmental problems those can exist concerning the waste content, amount and the correspondence conditions of its vehicles for the waste. The white copies are two in number; and one is kept by the transporter and the other one is given to the waste producer by transporter company after the shipment is completed.
Blue Copy: The waste is transported to recycle, retrieval or disposal facilities by the transporter company. The fulfillment of the form is completed after the receiver company fills in the last part (bottom part) of the form and the authorized person signs it. There are two blue copies. One of them is kept by the receiver company and the other one is sent to Ministry of Environment and Forestry with monthly mass&balance statement tables and declarations by the receiver company.
Pink Copy: Pink copy is delivered to waste producer by the receiver company after the shipping is completed.
