Luminate is a technically based management consultancy providing technical, commercial and environmental advisory services and solutions to the power, energy and renewables markets. Formed in 2006 by long time power project finance veterans, Luminate has rapidly established itself as a leading independent advisory firm. Drawing on deep engineering, commercial and financial markets experience on hundreds of power, energy and renewable infrastructure projects and transactions throughout the U.S. and internationally, Luminate has provided ownerís advisory and project development assistance; due diligence and independent engineering in support of financing, M&A, and emerging technologies; optimization and corrective action plans; construction and commissioning monitoring; asset monitoring; environmental management; and conflict and restructuring support to clients across the stakeholder spectrum.
