As an essential element required by GMP to maintain the production plant in a qualified status and to increase its availability. Our Offer Consulting, staffing support and the execution of: Maintenance concepts, Maintenance protocols and reports, Maintenance Procedures (SOPs), Computer-aided maintenance.
Our Procedure
We register, inspect, evaluate and describe the established procedures and then create your individual maintenance concept in compliance with GMP. Here, tried and tested basic concepts also serve as a basis.
Our engineers create independently, or according to your guidelines, detailed maintenance schedules and supplementary maintenance procedures for your buildings, facilities, process plant and utilities. Here they also incorporate their experience and specialist knowledge in GMP-related maintenance activities and maintenance cycles.
Upon request our specialist personnel will also integrate the maintenance activities into different individual software systems (e.g. SAP PM, Excel, Access).
