Maintenance, Calibration & Adjustment Services
Regular maintenance of your test bench is an important measure to ensure smooth test bench operation and the safety of personnel and laboratories. With professional maintenance, any damage or wear and tear on components of the test stand can be detected and repaired at an early stage. The maintenance serves to control the test system, ensures the consistent quality and reproducibility of your measurement results and increases the service life of the test bench. Our experienced engineers will be happy to take care of the regular maintenance and calibration of your test benches as well as all follow-up maintenance measures and adjustments.

- Inspection, cleaning and replacement of gas and liquid filters

HORIBA FuelCon is equipped with an extensive inventory of calibration and reference measurement systems. This enables us to offer calibration packages including the necessary repair and retrofit services.
The regular, careful calibration and adjustment serves to check the safety functions that are necessary for the unattended operation of the test bench. It also ensures that the measurement results on different test benches can be compared on the basis of the calibrated parameters. At the same time, it enables the early identification of investment requirements for retrofit work or optimisations.
The calibration and adjustment measures include:
- Calibration of gas flows, pressures, temperatures
- Mechanical load calibration
- Calibration and adjustment of the variables "Current" and "Voltage"
- Calibration and adjustment of electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS)
- Calibration and adjustment of the gas sensors
Within the framework of maintenance follow-up measures, all maintenance work, repairs or installation of spare parts that are necessary for the smooth and safe operation of the test bench are carried out.
