  • Staffing by industry professionals who use the Verisae system
  • Activities that are logged in the Verisae application and integrated with your business processes
  • Automatic generation and delivery of monthly reports
  • Perform escalations for critical events or gaps in process (where applicable)

Basic Service

Verisae receives work order requests from facilities via phone dispatch and/or monitoring of the Verisae solution on behalf of the customer, reviews work orders for necessary details, and dispatches work orders to associated service providers.

Advanced Service

Verisae performs triage to reduce work orders and follows up to ensure SLAs (Service Level Agreements) are met for service provider acceptance, show-up time, and fix time.
