R&D: Research and develop the design of new systems, investigate innovative technical solutions and applications for new materials
TECHINICAL SUPPORT: Providing the customer with technical advice in selecting the most appropriate systems.
D.Q: Design Qualification. Preparing layouts and P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams) for installing and positioning equipment to customer specifications.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Managing the project and ensuring that it proceeds on schedule.
DOCUMENTATION FOR FDA VALIDATION: Preparing the documents required for process validation to FDA standards.
F.A.T.: Factory Acceptance Test. System inspection at our plant in the customer’s presence.
S.A.T.: Site Acceptance Test. System inspection on the customer’s premises.
I.Q.: Installation Qualification. Our Engineering Services check that the system is correctly installed as required in engineering documents.
O.Q.: Operational Qualification. Our Engineering Services check that the system operates correctly at the customer’s plant in accordance with contract requirements.
START-UP: System commissioning at the customer’s plant.
TRAINING: Our Engineering Services provide operators and maintenance personnel at the customer’s plant with training in system management.
