Fill hydraulic oil reservoir with 30 gallons of hydraulic tractor oil. MAKE SURE VALVES ARE OPEN at the bottom of the reservoir BEFORE STARTUP.

- Grease mast cable guides applying ample grease by hand
- Grease throttle cable push/pull rod
- Clean hydraulic rams before lowering mast
- Change engine oil and save for lubricating cable
- Grease zerk fittings on jacks
- Replace hydraulic oil filter
- Remove cables and reverse them on cable spools to extend cable life
- Inspect mainline brake pads and replace if necessary
- Replace mainline cable if worn
- Replace sandline cable if worn
- Change hydraulic oil
- Replace hydraulic pump coupler if worn
- Adjust hand brake tension
- Adjust flywheel belt tension
- Adjust roller chain tension
Estimated life of the hydraulic pump and motors is 3000 hours.
Engine life expected is 3 years
