Maintenance Services
Under the Singapore Standards Code of Practice in relation to fire fighting products, the owner of every building has the responsibility to conduct regular inspection and proper maintenance on their fire fighting and protection equipment and systems. This is to be conducted by authorised maintenance service providers who perform checking and maintenance services for the existing fire fighting and protection systems, to ensure the normal operation of the systems.
In addition, under the international convention for the Safety of Life at Sea ("SOLAS"), the fire safety systems aboard cargo ships have to be surveyed initially upon installation and every subsequent 24 months thereafter. In this regard, our Group has been approved as an authorised maintenance services provider of fire fighting and protection systems by Germainischer Lloyd, ABS Pacific (USA) Det Norske veritas, Lloyds Register of shipping and RINA Societa per azioni.
